Optimal Platform Size: The platform is wide enough to support your boot on technical sections but not so wide that it catches on rocks or roots.
Aggressive Boot Grip: Custom positioned replaceable cleat screws bite into your boot sole exactly where you need traction without ripping your sole apart.
Strong and Light: CNC-machined from a single piece of 7000-series aluminum billet, stronger than stock pegs and won't bend or break when you need them most.
Self-Cleaning Design: Strategic cutouts shed mud and debris on their own, so the pegs keep working when the trail gets messy.
Replaceable Cleats: Four spare cleat screws are included, so you can refresh the grip when they wear down without replacing the entire peg.
Easy Direct OEM Replacement: Drops in with included upgraded heavy-duty springs and all hardware, no modifications required.

Honda XL750 Transalp (2023+)

When the trail gets rough, small stock pegs quickly become a limitation. These pegs are designed to provide the support, traction, and control needed for aggressive off-road riding and long days standing on the bike.
The platform delivers a stable footing with enough clearance to avoid catching rocks, roots, or ruts in technical terrain. Cleat positioning is engineered around real boot contact patterns to improve confidence and control whether you're climbing, descending, or weighting the outside peg in corners.
Adventure II (58x122mm) for maximum stability and comfort.
CNC-machined billet construction and a durable anodized finish stand up to repeated impacts, harsh weather, and heavy use. Integrated cutouts help shed mud and debris automatically to maintain traction in changing conditions.
Installation is straightforward with a direct fit design and all necessary hardware included.

Honda XL750 Transalp (2023+); direct OEM swap, no compatibility issues

Stock foot pegs work fine until the terrain gets technical. Then the lack of support, grip, and stability starts working against you. These pegs are built for riders who spend time standing through rough sections, climbing loose terrain, and picking precise lines off-road.
Adventure X (56x95mm) for nimble enduro-inspired control.
The platform is sized to give your boots real support without creating unnecessary bulk or snagging obstacles in tight terrain. Cleat placement is based on real riding feedback and natural boot contact, delivering grip where it matters without destroying boot soles over time.
Machined from billet aluminum with a bead-blasted anodized finish, these pegs are built to handle rock strikes, mud, hard impacts, and years of trail abuse. Self-cleaning cutouts help clear debris as you ride, while replaceable cleats let you refresh grip without replacing the entire peg.
Direct OEM replacement with included hardware and upgraded springs. No modifications required.

I prefer the width of the ADV “X”. So far so good, as with my other AltRider products. I’m sort of a Beta proof tester for my local rider group. If they like it too, they will buy some too! ;)

Some of the absolute WORST video directions I have ever dealt with. The video resolution is horrid, and there are virtually no drawings to illustrate this assembly aside from 1 in the pictures for the pegs. There are no pictures detailing the installation step by step, just the horrible video link that doesn't let you see anything. When you are actually trying to install these, like on a TransAlp 750, the video for the Africa Twin is all you get (yes, I know the pegs are compatible, not the point). Nothing is tagged/labled and it's not all obvious that the parts, ALL of the parts, are reversible (aside from the footpegs). You're engineers for Christ sake, you don't design this stuff with a video, why do you think as a mechanic, I don't want see step by step pictures where I can actually see orientation without having to scrub through a video made with a webcam from 1997, trying to pause it every 5 seconds to see what the guy is doing. You should be ashamed of this for $250. At this point, I couldn't care less how good the pegs are, I should have just bought the IMS and been done with it.

Hey Mike, thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry the install video let you down like this. We're working on bringing back PDF instructions so this doesn't happen to the next rider. If you email info@altrider.com, we'll make sure you're fully sorted.
